If for any reason, within the framework of the relationship (labor, commercial, service, among others) that links you to ZAMINE, you access personal data provided by ZAP, you agree to:

• Use the databases or personal data that could be received or accessed directly or indirectly from ZAP only for the purposes established by the company.
• Keep confidentiality in the processing of databases or personal data, even after the termination of your relationship with ZAP.
• Return or destroy the information referred to databases or personal data received from ZAP, as provided by ZAP.

In the event of non-compliance with this commitment or with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law or its regulations, ZAP may take the corresponding corrective actions, without prejudice to initiating the necessary legal actions to compensate any damage that may be suffered as a result of the non-compliance.

If you are a customer or supplier of ZAP, we will use your information for: i) internal management and administration of our customer list; ii) market studies or commercial investigations or statistics; iii) the execution of the contracts entered into, that is, from the acts prior to the conclusion of the contract (bids, quotes), the provision of the service itself, and the payment; iv) carry out billing processes; v) carry out an evaluation for the granting of credits; vi) update or verify your information; vii) other purposes of a contractual nature that are related to the service provided.

If you are a ZAP worker, we will use your information in order to guarantee the proper execution of the contractual relationship of which you are a part and comply with the legal obligations under our responsibility. Among the purposes related to the management of human resources are the following: i) administration of employment benefits for employees and their successors; ii) performance evaluation; iii) entry and exit records; iv) occupational health assessments; v) consultation and reporting to third parties of information referring to personal, professional, performance, credit and financial behavior of the collaborator; vi) sharing your information with third parties that require the services provided by ZAP and who wish to access the information of the outstanding personnel; vii) offer and provision of products or services offered by ZAP or by third parties with which ZAP has entered into a contract; viii) meet information requirements of Public Administration entities; ix) conducting surveys; and, x) in general any purpose related to your relationship as a ZAP collaborator.

The authorization allows ZAP to carry out the processing of all personal data that you provide or generate indefinitely or until you revoke your consent. Your data will be stored in a database of ownership and responsibility of ZAP located in Calle Mártir Olaya mz. G Lte. 11 Urb. Huertos de Santa Genoveva, Lurín, Lima and at Av. La Encalada 1420, El Polo Hunt II, Santiago de Surco, Lima. The authorization is mandatory to carry out the activities described in this document. In case of refusal, they cannot be carried out, except those that are necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship or those that are mandatory by law.

ZAP will treat the information provided voluntarily confidentially, always taking into account the guarantees and security measures recognized by Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations. Therefore, your information will be processed directly by ZAP for the purposes detailed in this document. Exceptionally, ZAP may share this information with third parties (such as public administration entities, suppliers and/or customers) that may require it and/or collaborate with ZAP in the development of certain activities described in this document and exclusively for the purpose of complying with with them. In any case, the necessary measures will always be adopted so that this fact does not affect the security and confidentiality of your information. Notwithstanding what is stated in the preceding paragraph, ZAP does not sell or transfer the personal information received to third parties. The personal data that you provide will be treated with complete confidentiality. For these purposes, we have adopted the security levels for the protection of personal data legally required, and we have implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of personal data.
